How to... look good

  • So... your presentation is nearly ready. You know what to say.

  • Your slides are ready. What about you?

  • You NEED to be PREPARED.

Look at everyone in the audience - if you're timid - look at the back of the room

  • Smile

  • Stand straight

  • Don't obscure your slides

  • Don't wave your arms around

  • Have short notes!

  • Try to relax.

RememberEye contact

Eye contact is really important in communication and without it, the audience will not be involved in your presentation.

Look at everyone in a small audience and at different areas in a large audience.

TIP: nervous?

Then look at people's foreheads – the rest of the audience will believe you are looking at the individual.
