Listen again to a section of the presentation about team working and practise reading the text out loud. Pay particular attention to the pauses, and the rises and fall in intonation. Try to finish your sentences at the same time as the speaker.
Let's move on to my second point - the essential elements successful team. Firstly, ideas should be shared freely, secondly, all members of the team are committed to working towards a common goal, and thirdly, they should give each other supportive feedback.
